Creating Direct Links to the My Profile Page

Hyperlink to a specific tab or menu item in an Impexium record by adding the text ?tab=[TAB NAME] to the end of the record URL. This allows you to easily link a user to a desired tab or menu in a customer record, such as the renewal option in a user's My Profile, or to the Contact Info area in My Profile to update their information.

For example, to link a user directly to the Contact Info menu option in My Profile, link to the URL:

• site.mydomain.com/account/profile.aspx?tab=contactinfo
  • account/profile.aspx links the user to their My Profile—?tab=contactinfo specifies the menu option under that profile that will be opened when the link is clicked.

When a logged in user navigates to the link above, their My Profile automatically opens on the Account tab > Contact Info menu option.
